What the weekend did, counted.
For you, for the sponsor, for everyone involved. The same numbers, counted the same way, every day of the festival.
Don’t read the line‑up. Play it.
Swipe a band. Love them by the chorus.

Nicole and Ashley are at the stage already. 5 more have it in their plan.
Busiest around 21:30. Want a spot near the front? Be there before 21:10.

LineApp lives in the Dynamic Island. The walk to the stage, the friend you're meeting, your crew. No app to open.
Walking to ENEA Stage. The minutes count down on their own.
Press and hold: the next turn, the distance, the time you'll be there.
Meeting Nicole. Her position shows only with her yes.
Where she is, since when, which way. Map, or done.
Three of your five, together at Harlow & June.
Who's where. One tap pings them all.
Quiet again. Until the next thing that matters.
“Prepared at a frantic pace, and the project presented drew our attention by its superiority to similar ones.”
Artur RojekDirector · OFF Festival“Their reliability, patience and, above all, their professionalism make LineApp a company you want to work with.”
Janusz MakuchDirector · Jewish Culture Festival in Kraków“What truly stood out was the app’s user-friendly interface and intuitive client dashboard.”
Michał MerczyńskiDirector of Malta Festival Poznań until 2023“The app became the one line we have to every person on the field.”
“I highly recommend this collaboration and encourage you to work with GetLineApp to create your own mobile app.”
Agnieszka KiewiczProduction Manager · Brave Festival“We sent one push to an empty zone. Three minutes later it was full.”
Tap a ticket.
Across every festival we've run since the first one. Counted once per phone, not per download.
Big ones, small ones, very old ones. The same team, every summer, in the mud and the heat.
Last twelve months, every festival, every phone. When 40,000 people open the app at once, it stays up.
Follow Nicole from the tram to the last tram. Every push she gets is one you sent. The numbers underneath are what you learn. Example numbers.

Gate A already has a queue. The wristband point in the Old Town has none.
Gate A has a 25-minute wait. Swap your ticket for a wristband at the Old Town point: 4 min from your tram stop, no queue, straight in through Gate C.

Wristband on, the route is on her lock screen. You see every gate's queue as it happens.
Gate C is 4 minutes on foot: follow the dots. Main Stage opens at 15:00, Forest Stage at 14:30.

One crowd, one stage at a time. You see it fill up before the stewards radio it in.
The lawn in front is at capacity. River Lawn has room right now; Main Stage opens at 19:00 with Ellis Rook.

Friends share where they are, if they want to. The plan they made together has a time and a stage.
Your plan together: Forest Stage at 21:10. Want a reminder at 21:00?

1,240 people saved this set. Your sponsor's bar has its busiest hour.
Ashley checked in at Forest Stage 2 minutes ago. Melody is on her way: 4 minutes. Set starts on time.

Free ponchos at the sponsor zone. 680 people under its roof in ten minutes. That number never goes down again.
Free ponchos at the sponsor zone, by the food trucks. The bar is open and dry. Forest Stage moves under the tent.
Sent only to phones inside the gates
Everyone still on site gets the way home for where they are. Monday at 9, the report is in your inbox.
Last tram 02:10 from Gate C (6 min from you). Night bus N3 from Gate A until 03:00. Taxis at Gate B.
Sent only to phones inside the gatesFor you, for the sponsor, for everyone involved. The same numbers, counted the same way, every day of the festival.
The app sits on the income side of your budget. One sponsor package covers it, and the rest is yours.

| 1 | −£55,000 | −£40,000 | −£12,000 | −£4,000 |

Example prices, 6,000 a day.
3,100 people saw the logo, 248,000 times. It's on every screen.
Three things only your own app can tell you:
52 % of guests
in the apppeople in the zone
location, with consentof 480 who scanned
in the appof app users on site, in 4 min
in the appApp users only. Location only if switched on.
Your guests, your data. Ticketing companies rarely hand the audience back to the festival; we think that is backwards. The festival-goer is your guest, and every number here is yours to take.

Tap a logo to see what flows in and what flows out.
(we left the grumpy ones in.)
Left of the line: how every other festival app looks today. Right of the line: LineApp. Pick a screen, drag the line, see for yourself.

A bio, a small photo, a link to YouTube.
The show, playing. Going in one tap.
A grey list of names.
Every stage side by side. Photos, times, your plan.
A static map.
A real map. What's on, live.
Typical festival apps, not one company. Names made up.
Not here? Ask in the form.
We agree an adoption target before launch and show you installs every day. At the example festival, 52 % of guests opened the app. If the number is bad, it goes in the first line of the report.
Neither do we. Two taps, the answer, phone away. The app is built to be closed.
The app is one more channel, not your safety plan. The push reaches what a speaker can't: the far bar, the campsite, the tram stop. The rest still hear the stage.
You don't need one. Send us a poster and a running order; we build the app. During the weekend your panel is a form: change a set time, send a push.
Every view is counted, place by place, and listed in the Monday report. Example: 3,100 people saw it, 248,000 times.
Yes, if they say yes. A first name and a number, with the consent recorded. Never pre-ticked; one tap takes it back.
Yes, with rules: 18+ only, sensible hours, three pushes a day at most, and the festival approves every one.
No. One brand per category, per edition.
It comes out of the activation budget they already spend, and it comes with proof. We write the package; you make the introduction.
£4,000 per edition, up to 10,000 guests. One £8,000 sponsor package covers it twice over. The full breakdown is on the pricing page.
The sponsor pays you for the package. You pay LineApp £4,000 for the app. Everything above that stays with you.
It lives longer than that: early-bird pushes in January, the plan and the map during the weekend, the report on Monday. And the sponsor pays for it.
A demo with your name and colours within 24 hours of the form. The full app, with your line-up and map, about two weeks after we have your running order.
You do. LineApp only processes it, under a signed agreement. Leave any time with one free export.
Very little. No account, location off by default, delete everything in two taps.
Ticketing knows who paid, and often keeps that to itself. The app knows who came, where they went and what they read, and all of it is yours.
As long as you say. Personal data goes after the period you choose; anonymous totals stay for your next edition.
The line-up, the plan and the map work offline, so a dead signal is not a dead app. We are on call all weekend, and last year's crash-free rate is on this page.
Yes: CSV, Google Sheets, Mailchimp, an API. No fees, no lock-in.
On its own: users, pushes, the map, the sponsor places. With your partners: tickets, bar queues, lockers.
Only if you share it, only with your crew, and you can switch it off at any moment.
No. An emoji is enough.
Small on purpose. Four of us, every festival, on site and on call.

If it’s going to crash, it crashes on her desk first. Never on the field.

Watches people use the app the way others watch the headliner.

Makes it work in a field, in the rain, on one bar of signal.
Writes and checks at 3 a.m. Not human.
No call, no deck, no commitment.
Your branded demo lands in your inbox within 24 hours. Iwona checks it before it leaves. Want your sponsor to see it too? Forward the e-mail. It's built for that.
This is a test page. Nothing was sent anywhere.
Not legal advice. Wording is checked by counsel per market before launch.
Prices are examples for a festival of 6,000 a day.
