Done. Your festival is on its way.
Your branded demo lands in your inbox within 24 hours. Iwona checks it before it leaves. Want your sponsor to see it too? Forward the e-mail. It's built for that.

Separate and voluntary. The switch is off. The app works the same without it, and it is never tied to the ticket or to a coupon.
The sponsor by name, one purpose. The screen names the sponsor and says why: up to two texts a month for twelve months.
One channel. A yes to texts is not a yes to calls.
Taken back as easily as given. One tap in Me, and the sponsor is told to stop. We keep a record of who, when and which words.
Minimum data, 18+ for alcohol. First name and number only. The sponsor is its own controller from the moment it receives them.
Not legal advice. Wording is checked by counsel per market before launch.

FAQ · Data & privacy
Your data, in plain words.
Who owns the data: us or you?
You do. Your festival is the controller; LineApp is the processor, under a data processing agreement signed before launch. Take everything in one export, free. Contract terms to confirm.
Where is it kept?
On servers in the EU (provider to confirm), separate for each festival.
How long do you keep it?
You choose. By default personal data is deleted after your agreed period (to confirm); anonymous totals stay.
What do festival-goers give up?
Very little. No account needed, location off until switched on, a plain consent screen for each purpose, and delete in two taps.
